This album has been about a journey into embodiment. This has been a key principle I have been learning a lot about in the past year or so while I have worked on these recordings. This has been a time of a lot of examination, self-inquire... The power of sound and bioenergetics has helped me greatly. To embody love we fully love ourselves and others.

This album contains recordings from various settings, mostly bedrooms/my apartment, a rustic lodge retreat, where I combined meditations and traditional, ritual, ceremonial, indigenous, shamanic instruments along with my voice and breath with some electronics and field recordings from excursions in nature.

This has also been a huge learning experience as to how to record these sounds. I will always be learning... I feel shifts in my approaches as I feel shifts in my mind/body/spirit... as we are preparing for the new solar year this solstice... I feel this is the right time to release these recordings... and begin work on new sounds in a new direction in the new year. Have a great festive season!
