RattleSnake Medicine: Exploring the medicine and spirit of the RattleSnake through a shamanic sound healing meditation.

This track is inspired by a recent attempt to go camping in southern Colorado. As we were getting settled in, walking the campground and exploring, my best friend was bitten by a rattlesnake.

Thankfully we were not far from a park ranger and we called for an ambulance.

She spent a few days in the hospital and now is almost fully recovered and integrating the experience.

If you are hiking and exploring in venomous snake environments, I cannot urge enough to protect yourself. Watch out in tall grass/brush, check for snake holes, think before you lift a rock or log.

Snake medicine is all about transformation, shedding the skin of our past, our outdated beliefs, behaviors, and habits.
